Christmas Fayre 2017

Thank you to everyone who supported our Christmas Fayre.

We were overwhelmed with the number of lovely tombola prizes that were donated on our non-uniform day the week before. You then surpassed yourselves with the number of cakes that were donated on the day for the cake sale, so many of these were homemade too. A special thank you to the parents who came along during the afternoon to help Mrs Blore set up or helped to clear up at the end.

Miss Thornton and her choir club sang Christmas Carols to entertain everyone as they waited to come into school. Father Christmas made his annual trip to see and talk to the children and was kept busy all night. A steady flow of families came in during the evening, taking part in all the games and activities that were on offer. The tombola was extremely popular, as was the cake stall. We were also supported by a number of external stallholders, who also made a contribution to the school.

Name the Moose was won by Philip (5CP), the Christmas cake was won by Poppy (1HM) and Klaidas (6SD) won the Snowball game.

A profit of almost £1000 was made during the evening which will help to support school trips and activities for the children.

Thank you for all your support, we hope you enjoyed the evening.
