The Reception children had an excellent visit to Sacrewell Farm. Excitement levels were high for their first school trip! The children were given an interesting tour of the watermill; they climbed up the steep steps and each had a turn at grinding grain to make flour. They saw lots of animals, the favourites seemed to be the baby goats and some very large pigs! A tractor ride and a visit to the soft play completed a very enjoyable day for all.
